Hello and Welcome to our website

Both Tithe Farm & Parkside Neighbourhood Centres are co-funded by Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) and South Essex Partnership Trust (SEPT). The centres build on the good practice of Sure Start Local Programmes, which are community based and responsive to local needs and we work in partnership with other agencies.

Our friendly and experienced staff team aims to bring together outreach, early learning and play, child and family Health services, one to one support for families, employment and training advice and information on a range of services.
